now the funny thing is, that I have been travelling to Plymouth for years for diving . journey times have stayed roughly the same but average speed cams and managed motorways have proliferated.
I think its to do with the acccelerating decelerating braking red wave effect being less prevalent.
certainly not sat for hours crawling on the motorway only for it to start moving with no apparent cause such as a crash/lane closure just " sheer Volume"
