Cycled home yesterday with a hole in my rear tyre which had already resulted in one puncture so took it a bit slower and was suprised at how much longer the journey didn't take- even at gentle chug-a-long mode being warey of my rear tyre I still pulled in a good average at a good time.
Felt like something was missing though- I don't think I'll be doing it often.

Yup! Speed is all well and good and I really enjoy blasting down hills, but I took the computer off one trike, never fitted one to the other and rarely look at the speedo on the other one, when the battery dies that one will be removed too.

I agree, the faster your prostate exam is completed the better in my opinion!!
