And, if you look in Soapbox, you'll see that he was caught only half a mile from where I'm sitting.
If he was going to get caught anywhere it'd be in that constabulary
And what's the odds that Brunstrum will use his influence behind the scenes, so that the offender only gets a slap-on-the-wrist?
There was the case of that off-duty officer testing his skills in a new high performance car of the M54 last year. Found guilty after appeal. A further appeal extricated him from prosecution.
The police look after their own, especially if it helps their promotion prospects.
