Here are some recent (clean) pics of my Specialized Tarmac Comp (2011) with S-Works bars, stem, seatpost, Romin Evo Pro saddle, Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels, Ultegra cassette & chain.

The (carbon) bars are very stiff, but also very comfy. I tend to ride in the drops or on the hoods rather than on the tops, but they are nice and comfy when I do. The curve of the drops is perfect for me.

What made you choose the roubaix seatpost?
Am I correct in assuming the year you state (2011) is the year from which you have owned the bike rather than year of manufacture, I'm just curious as SL3 Tarmacs were released for 2010

Wicked colour scheme though, really like it. They seem to have far more graphics on the current range tarmacs which I think detracts from the bike.
Really like the Evo as well, with carbon rails that looks awesome. Suits the bike so well.

@Easytigers - the pedals are Speedplay Zero Stainless

@V4V - TBH I wanted the other S-Works post, but my LBS had this one in stock and it's not much heavier. The reason I got the SL2 rather than the SL3 was that it was all I could afford at the time... the S-Works goodies were added later. Saddle is really comfy now that I've fine-tuned the position.

@Andrew-Culture - Sorry !! :whistle:

:thumbsup:

The pave post is the only one i have tried so far that make a difference to comfort... It really takes the road buzz out.

I have a coble gobl-r post on order for late april so it will be interesting to compare.

Oh yeah... Nice bike!!!

What bar tape is that? Unlike the previous poster i love it!

Took me a while to find it as my LBS doesn't stock it any more.

Anyway, it's 'Stella Azzura Eleganza', although it looks like it might be rebranded as 'Bike Ribbon Eleganza' now.

Considering it was my first attempt at wrapping bars, I think I did OK...
