I have a TACX FLUX trainer and are thinking of purchasing a spinning bike. Currently using Rouvy software, but may change to BKOOL.
I would like to ask the difference between biking on a trainer with my own bike and a "smart" spinning bike with connection to the app. I am thinking of things I do currently like switching gears etc. I assume that the SB will react to the software given it is compatible?
Is it worth going to a good spinning bike?
