I once rode a '25' along Loch Ness. I think I saw Nessie - or was that just the hills. The red mist can be a problem......... :blush:

hi I am thinking of doing the coast to coast in July fort William to Montrose , is there any advise any one could give me rout , hotels ect ect

Never done that. The Ordnance Survey maps are best for route planning and Google is great for accommodation.:thumbsup:

Ride west to east - should get tail winds. Stick to smaller roads - much, much nicer. Always have some food with you (it can be a long way between places) AND ENJOY:biggrin:
