Don't let them go cold otherwise you will be always "À la recherche du temperatures perdu" - and don't call your sprouts Marcel before you wave them goodbye...
Boiled, no salt as they come out of the dirt anyway - plenty of minerals in them. Usually from frozen too. Have heard a few peeps say they nuke, ahem microwave I mean, them as it keeps the flavour better, then they boil or steam for the second half of their cooking time.
Sprouts are ****ing rotten. The one food which made me boke everytime when I was a kid. I eat them now 'cos they are good for you' but still don't enjoy them.
Quick steam - 10 mins. Then shove them in a WOK/pan with a bit of Sesame oil and some sesame seeds for a couple of mins.....wonderful............really nice.....
