Boiled, no salt as they come out of the dirt anyway - plenty of minerals in them. Usually from frozen too. Have heard a few peeps say they nuke, ahem microwave I mean, them as it keeps the flavour better, then they boil or steam for the second half of their cooking time.

Nigella knows how - sprouts I mean ;)

Sprouts are ****ing rotten. The one food which made me boke everytime when I was a kid. I eat them now 'cos they are good for you' but still don't enjoy them.

Quick steam - 10 mins. Then shove them in a WOK/pan with a bit of Sesame oil and some sesame seeds for a couple of mins.....wonderful............really nice.....

i enjoy my sprouts personally, just boiled with a cross cut in the bottom (and plenty of gravy of course)

Food of the gods. Par boiled then finished off in butter with walnut bits.

They normally "ripen off" at the tail end of the digestive tract at about 6:00pm...................

Never tried any vinegar in the water. What's the difference?
