Sram part needed

Having some major problems getting a replacement part identified. Its the reservoir plate&rubber also called a bladder kit. Its for a Sram force 12sp HRD shifter. Ive attached a photo and the main issue is every replacement possibility ive seen has 4 screws not 3. I have seen the red version with 3screws, but again not for sale. Any suggestions?

If you haven't already then dig out the service manual for that model-year (if known). It should show the part but may take time as they're not laid out that helpfully. Failing that, try SRAM tech UK via ZyroFisher
