I have just got back from Newcastle , having done 28 days straight 12-18 hour days , one of the painters got flu and readily passed it on to us all , I was so looking forward to a ride around Richmond Park , not now , feel lousy , there's a slight chance of a ticket for the England , Wales game , I can't even get exited about that , Bugger ! , just hope the Port ,Lemon , hot water & Beechams work the through he night ,

just stay in bed and dont fight it as it will only make it worse . few people have had it down here and that is the only way to get over it . i have been lucky to miss it so far so please ware a mask when on here . hope you get better soon

My thoughts exactly. I was bedridden for a week with influenza. I barely had the strength to cross the landing to the toilet.

I was one of those who was never sure if I had a cold of the flu...... that was until I can't ght the flu for the first time ever last month!
