Can anyone give me a solution to this problem.

I wear glasses so when i'm out on the bike my cycling glasses have inserts with my perscription lens in them. Usually they are a great job. But on my commutes to and from work in the cooler temperatures i'm having serious problems with the glasses steaming up.

Is there anything i can do to prevent this?

Covered this last week. Get washing up liquid and spread this over each side of the glasses and inserts. Rinse off and let dry. It' works for a week or two, then repeat.

i tried that, for a week it was fine but i thought that was because the air had been a bit warmer. Didn't think i would have to renew it so often but i supose it's worth reapplying to see if it works again.

Almost anything will work from spit to potato juice [honest] but washing up liquid is simplest and cheapest.

its also cheaper than swallow , sorry
I agree, "swallow" is extra!
