Steel frame and rusting

I have bought a genesis equilibrium and love it. I ride it in all wethers as it is my form of trasport to work (20 miles). I wipe it down after every ride, but today when I poured water over it and shook the bike I got a lot of orange water from the rear of the bike (seat stays). The bike is only 2-3 weeks old. Should I be worried?

Ive had the same in the past, its a real surprise when you see all that orange water flow out !!!
You can buy stuff to put in your frame (framesaver perhaps ?)...i just learned to upturn the bike after rides in heavy rain. No harm apparent two or three years down the line.

Its nothing to worry about, spray inside with wd40 every now and then to keep the frame in good order.
If you did nothing you would have to be unlucky to have problems even in years to come.
