Stem riser extenders...

I need to add a stem riser to my bike - but, problem is they all seem way too long in height - a min of 120mm - when I only need an extra possible 60mm - it will look a bit silly riding around with 6cms of 'pole' sticking up from the handlebars. Any suggestions, or is it possible to buy a 60/70mm riser extender(?) I don't think an 'angled' stem will help much either.

If you've got flat bars you could replace them with risers.
