Stem swap? Need a shorter stem :)

I have a selection of stems, but I need something shorter to try out; I have 130, 120, but that's it! About to put drops on my hybrid, but feeling I need a fairly short stem due to geometry. Swapsies or freebies both welcomed I need an an oversize stem for drops, I think that's 31.8 is it not?

What do you need? I have spacers, a brand new 8 speed chain, some road brakes, a whole drive train I need to sell! Etc..
