Ooh, new puzzles! There goes this evening (I'm determined to go out on the bike if I've free time in daylight and you're not going to stop me!)You can get a penguin version 'Pingus' for Ubuntu![]()

I don't want to know that.... I've got my fingers in my ears.... la la la la.....It works on Windows 10. And now I'm [re-] hooked. Aarrrgghhh...
A very fine game indeed.
Not played the original but Portal 2 is fantastic. My laptop does not have a permanent CD/DVD drive and the Lemmings software did not seem to want to install itself when I plugged the drive in. I played it from the external drive a few times but it was not convenient having to plug the drive in every time. I then discovered that I could simply copy the entire folder structure and contents from the D: drive to the C: drive and then put the external drive back into storage. No fancy copy protection or installation required - I like that!
I'm going to try to limit myself to one or two levels a day until I have completed them all. Then I will work my way through Time Bandit.
Lemmings has got me interested in 'action puzzle games' again. I have been reading about what is available these days and I really like the sound of Portal and World of Goo. I will try those out in due course.
World of Goo? Is that the little black blobs of animation? Best laid schemes, and all that ... I have just completed another 10 levels and it would have been more but I spent 30 minutes on the phone to my sister! That is aberrant behaviour! The correct unit of Lemmings in a day lies between 10 and 20 levels (for the easier ones). My thirty last night was most certainly a surfeit (the collective noun for lemmings).
It could well be. I read someone's list of the 'Top 25 puzzle games of all time' and Lemmings was in there. Portal was number 2 and World of Goo was number 1. I liked the idea that a simple game developed by a 2-man company could do so well.World of Goo? Is that the little black blobs of animation? I remember starting but not finishing that.
