Stinging Toes

Did a 57 mile bike ride this morning which included a lot of climbing , from about 40 miles had an awful sensation in my toes , like they were really freezing cold , anyone else had this ?

Yes, in the depths of winter, but not in July.

Can I ask what shoes you are wearing?
I had this same issue with my Shimano r 064 shoe. I moved my clear back and that has helped massively! Or maybe you are over tightening a little?

I wear Shimano MT23 shoes , I figured it may be something to do with how tight they were ,it was very painful !
