I have a nice dolcelatte in the fridge at the moment that is actually quite strong for a dolcelatte. My current favourite cheese is comté. But I do also like something strong, blue and stinky.

Shortly after the Wallace & Gromit movie was in the cinema I overheard a cheesemonger in Ludlow advising someone not to buy Stinking Bishop for their children.:giggle:

Personally I'm partial to a good Cheddar (from Wenlock Edge Farm for preference), a Brie or a white Stilton. :hungry:

I've tried it again. Never again.

Wikipedia tells that the chap who grew the pears it's washed with and named after lost his rag with his kettle once and shot it because it was taking too long to boil.

It also says that it might not be true.
