I have a nice dolcelatte in the fridge at the moment that is actually quite strong for a dolcelatte. My current favourite cheese is comté. But I do also like something strong, blue and stinky.
Shortly after the Wallace & Gromit movie was in the cinema I overheard a cheesemonger in Ludlow advising someone not to buy Stinking Bishop for their children.
Personally I'm partial to a good Cheddar (from Wenlock Edge Farm for preference), a Brie or a white Stilton.
