Could you borrow a tall bar stool* to allow you to work at a worktop?

*A digression. Tall bar stools always make think of a Babar story, where there's a sort of animal World Fair, and the giraffe pavillion has very tall tables and bar stools for them to sit on and drink coffee.

Great suggestion.

We have a couple of bar stools but unfortunately their geometry is not compatible with mine
