- Theft description: My bike was locked to the rack that is shown in the image I have uploaded. I locked my bike up at 08:40 after cycling from Romsey to the Jury's inn Southampton for a security course... Once on a break at 15:15 I went to check on the bike and noticed it had gone and immediately reported the theft to the Jury's inn who do not own the land where the bike is. As it was a Sunday the building on the right was not trading. I contacted the police and got a Crime reference number and also informed other police in the area that I happened to see.
