I was nearly run down this afternoon whilst walking down the pavement by a dark green Pashley with a big wicker basket, right outside of the city walls near the castle.
As it was being ridden against traffic on the pavement by a shoot-ugly spotty teenager with no shirt, on a mobile, smoking a cigarette, I think I can safely assume it was stolen. If I were taller, stronger, faster, and braver, I would have done something about it, but alas, I am small and round and timid. I am sorry, it was a lovely bicycle.
