I feel sorry for you for having your pride and joy stolen from you.
What I find strange is how thieves target these bikes! If it had been in constant use I would expect somebody may have noticed it and followed it back to where it was kept. If it was just discovered by somebody prowling around looking into garages and sheds then it would have been a chance find. If that is the case I was wondering if a mirrored plastic film or something similar could be applied to the windows to prevent people looking in. This would also make breaking the glass and getting in that way more difficult.
I hope that your bike turns up safe and that you are reunited with it soon.
In the meantime I will try to keep an eye out.
