Young white male, blond hair, he ran with it. I am unable to run so couldn’t chase. It is a Cannondale super six Ultegra disc, Yellow Floro, with Favero duo pedals. The most stand out part is the saddle, it is a Fizik's Antares covered with the word 'TEST' in multiple colours.
