Another non believer here but a strange one that I can't explain........
When my wife, Sue, was in her last few days and fading she had a period when we thought we had lost her. Next day my daughter was talking to a friend of hers, this friend claimed to be some sort of medium. When my daughter told her about thinking we had lost her Mum this friend said (words to the effect) ......"she's not ready to go just yet, she has been to visit her uncle George".
This person had never met my wife so could not know she had an uncle George.

Sue died a couple of days later
Uncle George was a brother to Sue's Dad. I had known George. He was a nice guy and Sue had loved him.
I'm still a non believer but that was weird.

Back in the 80s i saw a ghostly apparition. It didnt look like a person, but it stopped, moved suddenly, then faded away.

I can't explain it, i totally agree there are things we don't understand... but i see absolutely NO reason to believe in ghosts!

Because we can't get into religion, only half, or way less than half, of the facts can be told. Religion isn't about lies, so it must involve truth, and that truth can't be told in this forum. Dedicated religion websites/forums are pretty much a mess, so it won't be helpful looking for answers there.

Before every human being walked around with a camera in their pocket, we had plenty of spooks and aliens and ghouls around. Now that we all have a camera handy that can be deployed in 2.67 seconds, the aliens and apparitions have all disappeared.

Conclusion? Eletronic cameras emit radio waves that repels ghosts, aliens and ghouls.
