I think our flouncer was a Yank. Some of them don't seem to take kindly to people who think different to what they do... :scratch: Me? I like the diversity in here. It's a good reminder that we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously.

Back to the topic, the Victorians were great believers in ghosts and "the other side" and all that. Although many of the, ah, practitioners were found to be frauds, and science has since disproved many of the theories.

That said, the universe is a very bizarre place - as is constantly being proved by science, and there's always going to be stuff going on that can't be explained. You can't prove it to be right, but then you can't prove it to be wrong either. It just... is.

Or maybe someone's just had a few skins too many... :crazy:
