I wondered why everyone was giving me strange looks in work. Just realised I got changed into my cycling gear ready for my commute home after my night shift.

Tracksuit bottoms, a base layer with a T shirt over the top. Hmmm, come to think of it I do look like a piece of "Aerodynamic Lard", lol.

Anyways, only half an hour of work left.

EEEK... Not quite that bad, LOL. I have a bit of a beer belly which doesn't look very good under a cycling jersey.

I didn't even bother to get changed when I (eventually) arrived at work today. I work in a suit environment so lots of funny looks and the odd pointed comment. Even worse a client popped in to see me unannounced. Fortunately they are relaxed enough not to bother about how I look.
