Join this exciting 110 mile cycle challenge over 2 days starting in Stratford, London and finishing in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

The challenge begins in Stratford, London home of the 2012 Olympic Velodrome. The route will follow congestion free paths to the edge of London followed by impressive countryside and rural beauty, covering approximately 55 miles before reaching the overnight point the Stoke Mandeville Stadium Hotel - Home of the Paralympics.

After breakfast on day two riders will complete the final 55 mile journey to Stratford-upon-Avon riding along meandering country lanes and quiet, charming villages and towns. Riders will be welcomed to the finishing point where they will receive a well-deserved medal.

The route has been designed to be suitable for novice riders with some training, yet is challenging enough for conditioned cyclists.

The Stratford Cycle Challenge will start from Stratford, London on 24th August and finish in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire on the 25th August 2013.
The entry costs are £130.00 for the Stratford-upon-Avon start (with coach transport to London) or £115.00 for the London start - both including B&B accommodation. See the entry section for price details and options.

The Start (for the transport option) is at Stratford-upon-Avon Leisure Centre coach park, where riders will board a coach for the journey to London. The bikes will be carefully transported by an accompanying lorry.
• Coach departs at 07:30 prompt
• Meet at Stratford, London with those riders not taking the transport option
• Begin the ride - depart by approx 11:15 on the Lee Valley Cycle Route
• Ride on cycle routes and quiet lanes to Stoke Mandeville Stadium (approx 55 miles)
• Stay overnight in twin-bedded, en suite accommodation - with full english breakfast
• Continue the ride through stunning countryside to Stratford-upon-Avon (approx 55 miles)
• Arrive at Stratford-upon-Avon, presentation of medals
• Easy-to-follow route book
• Support vehicles to provide emergency support when needed
• Luggage transport
• Suitable for most reasonably fit cyclists
• Trains run from Stratford-upon-Avon to London and other destinations
Riders are responsible for organising all their return journies.
