Anyone who needs to read Stretching for cycling isn't getting their leg over (the saddle) frequently enough.

Her knees on the other hand look like she has taken a few falls off her bike- maybe this is why she became so efficient at warming up for it and not actually riding it?

That's a question I was pondering myself earlier whilst sat in the bath.

Plenty of evidence for stretching to reduce injury and increase your performance on the bike .
