In Bangor they just cycle on the pavements. The really naughty ones wear all black have no lights and dangle their Tesco shopping on the handlebars whilst cycling on the pavement.

Back in Cardiff, only out for a 30minute ride, 3 riders without lights in dark clothing and a few on the pavements. Not much has changed over the summer!!!

We did have the primes minister who came from sedgfield,oh i see what you mean
