Stupid Question

Hi, I'm not new to cycling but I'm new to membership of forums - could anyone tell me how I get my profile to show 'add as friend' and 'pm this member' tabs please. What have I missed?

I feel all left out!

The icons are there already... , you just can't see your own (sending yourself a message or a friend request would be a little odd)
