My security pass (strictly no access without it),which meant a 20 mile ride back home to get it!!! Quick shower & change then drove back in the car!!!

Trousers - Luckily have my sports kit in my locker for lunch times, I only bring in daily a clean shirt and the clean replacement sports kit. So used my Ron Hills and a work Polo shirt rather than the shirt that would normally wear for my role. Lunch time run in shorts, luckily a reasonably warm day.
Shirt - replaced with polo shirt as above, luckily had brought it back in.
Not forgotten my keys since been cycling in (but can always draw the masters), likewise my swipe card which would be more problematic

I've forgotten everything at some point, shirt, trousers, underwear, socks. Luckily not all at the same time!

Working in a hospital it means as a last resort you can wear the hospital 'blues'. The problem is, all the trousers and tops are 'one site fits no-one'!

I forgot socks so had to wear white socks all day, not great with black shoes and black trousers!

This, in fact I've bought entire new outfits on two occasions.

Not exactly a forgotten item, but I made my sandwiches the night before popped them in the fridge for the morning and then put the wrong tub in my bag. Opened it up lunchtime to find a very large lump of cheddar and nothing else.
I have left my pass at home once. Security wanted me to chain my bike outside while I got a temp one. I argued long enough to wear him down and come in with me while I locked the bike in the racks.

Trousers.

I forget my security pass all the time. I knock on a window and get someone to open the door for me, the security guard just lets me in the gate. There are only three or four cyclists.

I've forgotten my underpants a few times, which meant "going commando". I now keep spare pair at work. I once took my wife's jeans to work instead of my own. I had to cycle home and swap. The thought of sitting around in lycra shorts all day was too much to bear. I've also left my cycling shoes at work, only realising as I got off the train to unlock my bike. Had to ride home in my normal shoes. Looked a bit odd!

I have at least one of everything in the office at all times.

Rule 1 - I could walk/cycle in stark naked after a week living on the streets/under a bush and be ready for a meeting with the MD in 15 mins

Rule 2 - I have an 'emergency pack' of socks, pants, shirt, trousers, tie, cuff links, and an aeroplane wash kit (shower gel, razor, micro towell, toothbrush etc) that lives in my locker at all times. In my desk I have a spare cycle lock, key and locker key.

Rule 3 - Finally I have a rule that I never take the 'last one' home in the case of shirts for example, so last Fridays worn shirt is better than no shirt at all

The way to build up the 'Office Emergency Kit' is next time a shirt, tie, shores, suit is on it last legs and ready to go to the great charity shop in the sky, keep it, and add to the office emergency kit.. If you dont have a locker, or your locker is not big enough there is always the file storage box that no one thinks twice about under your desk
