Sturmey Archer S3X - 3speed FIXED wheel (complete 700c wheel) with all cables and fittimngs for both downtube and bar-end shifters. In as new condition, I've probably ridden no more than 150 miles with it.
People ask how you change gear with a fixed hub - you just ease the pedal pressure and move the lever, it's remarkably smooth with almost no take-up gap.
The hub alone retails at £209 .... I'd like £150 for the quality wheel with double butted spokes. Either collect from Stratford-upon-Avon or I'll courier at cost.
At present it's fitted to a 1980s Claud Butler 531 framed bike ((24.5") - I may be interested to sell the complete bike.
