hi,
i was wondering what the options are for a folding bike that looks more like a normal road bike. i do like the Brompton, but who else makes one whith more style and less "mums shopping bike"?
Oh god, your going to crucify me for that arent you?

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
If you have a helmet, I'd put it on now if I were you and then head for the hills.

ok, the reason for the thread.
as some of you on here know, I like to make the "odd" bike or two. so now I have my thoughts on a stainless twin tube folding bike. I want proper geometry so it rides nice ( a must ) and it needs to look stylish without being bonkers.
I would like to make a modern version of that BSA bike.
what do you think?

And Chutney (my Speed Pro TT) is most definitely not a shopping bike. Here it is with its previous owner. On the Tourmalet.
