BMW subscription indicators.

Now I see the light, or rather I don't. For some time many drivers of big German cars have neglected using the indicators, and now the wannabes have stopped using theirs in their 'ordinary' cars.

They might even do this with engine power. Suppose you have a 2.0 turbo car which makes 200hp. If you want it to make 300hp, you subscribe to allow more power to come through. Same with gearboxes (especially those CVT stepped ones). I could think up all sorts of stuff.

Oh well, this is the future that's coming.

Its already happening with Polestar, Tesla, and I think others will follow. No different to remapping remotely, but you pay monthly, just like for many they subscribe to "own"/rent a car on PCP or lease

Also gives them the option of removing said extra when ownership changes and the charging the next customer.

I think Tesla can block options remotely.
