I would prefer earlier to be honest but will go with the majority decision. I will meet you at the giles statue in town

In that case as nobody else has replied I say we stick with 7am. See at the Giles Statue.

Earlier the better for me. I'll see you all at the Giles at 7am.

Bring on the rain, keep away wind.

Three man January chaingang it is then. Judging by my current level of fitness we'll be lucky to average double figures.

Chuffing hell that was a windy one, shame we couldn't make it the 100 but that was getting brutal

I've done a little write up on today's ride here www.cyclechat.net/threads/soggy-sunny-sunday-wind.122675/

Enjoyed that one gents, although my knee is complaining a little today. Guessing I din't get the cleats positioned as required on the new shoes. Will wait for the knee to calm down and then 'test' a different cleat position.

Could do with adding a few more January miles.

Always a possibility, let me know when you are next planning an outing. I will need my knee to settle down before cycling again, but hoping it ought to be fine by tomorrow.

Smart, I usually set out about 7.30pm / 8pm and get home about 9.30pm, so it is a quick jaunt but not without its charm. I say 'usually' as I haven't done it for a few weeks.
