I'm still not back in the saddle, seriously depressed
Sorry to hear that. I've only done 59 miles so far this month, I was averaging 400 before Christmas!
I was going to start up again this week but this bitter easterly wind would probably just about kill me after all my problems so hoping it's going to let up soon!
However after seeing 59 miles i don't feel so bad

This ride will very much be a case of seeing how we get on with the miles. I've been given an ultimatum by my better half that I need to either be back home by noon or in Wickham Market for a big family thing at 1am.
