Don't fold your shirt, roll it up instead, and you get fewer creases. Probably carry your work shoes too, especially if you are wearing leather bottomed shoes.

Going at 10am it was freezing - Well at a slow pace it was and I had 3 layers on top.
Coming back it was warmer and a bit uncomftable. Found the way to do it is get your heel pushed onto the pedal.
