Thanks Doc for a lovely day out again and thanks a million @mchunt for guiding me to, in and out of Letchworth. I would have never find my way (I'd leave a trail of pebbles for next time, but I only had peanut M&Ms with me..)!

I might have to give in and try the breakfast next time, as I'm almost sure that I heard Martin's plate calling my name.. :mrpig: (plus I got told off for eating rubbish ).
Having said that Jay's coconut & lime sponge looked lush!!

Thanks Doc - Had a good ride and really enjoyed my breakfast :-) didn't hear my plate making any noises though! the extra 10 miles I did up to Arlesey and back made it a 40m ride.

It was! The fry-up looks really nice, but 2 fry-ups in 1 day is a bit much....
Thanks again Doc. We had a good ride back to St.Albans where we left Martin to head back towards London, then we extended our ride back to Hemel Via Redbourn, Studham, Nettleden, & Potten End. 69 miles for me and I was greeted by a roast lamb dinner when I got home.
