i'm out with Sig tomorrow to do the loop 40ish miles (now when i say 40ish = 40 and i stop counting ) leaving 9am

Sadly, I'm not up for it tomorrow, despite the favourable forecast.
I need to go and collect an e-bay bike for a young lad who's about to (hopefully) embark into the world of adult sized bikes.
Have a good ride - those of you elect to be out there.....
