England : London Sunday London ride

Rather lovely son day ride for me too. Up and down the street went we, then off to the park with the Allsopp girls for a quick swing, spin and slide. Darcey slept it off whilst Ted sunned himself in the garden. Evey and I kindle duelled, soaked up the rays, and attacked the garden.

All in a rather marvellous Sunday. Miles, maybe 4. Smiles. Many.

Great to see you, Mrs Hall and the Tandem gang, we went over to the Thames Barrier then rode the greenway to Gallions reach (don't ever do that )

After nearly two weeks off the bike due to illness and crazy work I shall be going for a ride on Sunday for a change. I think most did last nights ride so dont expect there to be anyone about but if there is let me know what you are doing. I expect I will head for a 45 miler around Knatts Valley in Kent.

Nice mild paced cobweb cleaning ride out to Eynsford with Mr Dave. Thank you for the tea and company. 40 ish miles which is just what I needed to get me back in the saddle. Hope all you CCers are having a nice Sunday

59 miles for me, we didn't quite reach Knatts Valley coz me lungs said no but it was a very nice ride out, loads of people out riding today. Thanks for today Clive i'm knackered

The Sunday London rides are at a slower conversational pootle pace.

Come along. If you head North on Southend Road, you can nuzzle under the wing of the Bromley massif as we head in on the A21. These rides are a confidence (and caffeine) booster.
