we chanced a detour to the ferry to save Clive some time then rode by woolwich common said our goodbyes and shot down shooters hill and home.

can we do a proper "Sunday London ride" next week? you know chat,coffee maybe a little ride

I'm hoping to be out next Sunday - a 'proper' Sunday ride sounds just the ticket.....

I'd love to be out next Sunday, however it depends how I feel after the Chilterns although as, according to Davy, they are next to the North Downs I should be fine. If I'm not out the coming Sunday I'll definitely be out the following one.

Sorry late to say my thanks

After being busy in the darkroom printing nudes and an edition of a certain iconic clash image it was nice to see the sun. For me perfect cycling weather.
Nice to see Clive who I hadn't seen for well over a year on a night ride

I have to say a big thank you to Dave , I have been off the bike for about 10 months and Dave has come out this way every few weeks to get me back cycling
And yes that cake was f*cking huge

Although that is right on the doorstep of where I work, I hope someone knows some better roads and ways to et there than me. Sunday may be a different kettle of fish, but weekdays the traffic is horrible around there and Harlesden is definitely an area to avoid.
