Morning everyone. Woke up fresh eyed and bushy tailed this morning, Not. Got a local 10k run shortly then out on bikes with youngest grandson's. Hopefully no punctures this time. Seems a little chillier than of late this morning. Must be winter. Have a nice day all.

Hobbling around like an arthritic nazi up here. Haven't looked outside to see what meteorological treats I'm missing although by the time I muster the enthusiasm to get out it'll probably be raining.

The router for my Mum's Virgin Media is tripping her electrics every time their service goes down...which was twice yesterday. Need to persuade them to move faster than their Thursday promise.

Legs still feeling it a little bit after yesterdays outing but will rise and repeat tomorrow. The extra hour in bed was welcome as I had to collect junior from the train station late-ish last night.

OK morning with some sunshine, but rubbish afternoon of wind and rain. Out and about for a while, then tinkered about re-installing some switches removed to do some new plasterwork. One less job on the list.

Contemplating some proper tubular wheels again, been quite a few years since my last set (which were great). Should I?
