How can a jar of marmite be around for over 6 years?? A jar in our house lasts about 6 to 12 days.

Afternoon all.
Very early start to see wife off to her Half Marathon this morning. Good job as baggie had a Hindenberg experience earlier in the morning and was about to fail.
Back to bed for a snooze till 9.30. Was gopping down with thunder and lightning.
Emptied some kitchen cabinets and moved things around. Just how many plastic food containers does one family need!!!?
Lunch then more clearing. No chance of a ride by the look of it.

Now back home after a nice hotel breakfast before cleaning the village hall where yesterdays wedding evening party was. I have a very sleepy puppy next to me who has spent 2 days chasing and being chased by next doors dogs.

• toasted muffins
• under poached egg on toast or muffins
• & Peanut butter sandwich
• In cooking (most dishes/sauces)
• on cheddar cheese and crackers
• a spoon

Now there's a bucket list sort of thing: I don't recall ever trying Marmite. Or vegemite.

Still chucking it down avec windiness round here, been an inside day. ToB catched up on, and now on similar with La Vuelta.

Have watched some parts of the ToB stages: the dUK does have a lot of trees and hedges.

Finally got Project DILYSI (Drive It Like You Stole It) up and running after much fiddling around the the various bits of software, so went for a quick blast round Silverstone and Monza in a 911 GT3 🙂 It's just the start of fiddling with all the settings and options though, this could be quite a time consuming hobby....

Cracking ride this afternoon, even if it was on the leccy bike to a spot I'd normally whizz up on a proper bike. Ho hum. Anyway, it was 30C this afternoon, and I got very close to a load of griffon vultures. Sod's Law that I had the wrong camera. Had my last full-cycling-kit submersion for the year in the river this afternoon to cool down at the end of the ride. Couple of small beers and a spag bol à l'Anglais to come.
