Brave going for a run , unless your side of town is less slippery than here! I suspect A&E is going to be busy today.

No, it was a decidedly low friction option. One of those: you're dressed and made it out of the door, what you going to do now? moments. When you start to notice gradients on a canal tow path, you know it's slippy.

Suspect you way fitter than me and a dam site younger. The only weights I tend to lift are large coffee mugs or pint glasses 🙂. I tend to do more gravel or touring stuff tbh, comutting has declined a little as a lot going on at the moment.

haha im fast approaching 60 with a dodgy set of knees , pinned thumb , pinned collarbone and Reynaud’s ;) . To be fair my commuting has dropped off with the weather and haven’t done long rides regularly since June . My weights session are on a fold up " total gym " kept in the bedroom.

Anyroad off to look at a house in a bit but the description is odd as its listed as 3 bedrooms with no mention that the 3rd one has been converted to a wash/ utility room but i cant see how they have the washing machine or tumble dryer plumbed in ,We would need to convert it back to another bedroom.

Evening...
Oh, how I love dealing with setting up Network settings and IP addresses and MAC addresses and schniz. Not....
It's so wonderful how we now have WiFi 7 that is super, duper fast...but only 10 ft away from the router and not through a brick wall. Having to buy yet another router so that DD has fast internet in her room. You'd have thunk that the 3 new routers in the house might just be enough???
At least I bought 100m of CAT6 cable when I was doing the new runs. Quick and easy to run a cable from the switch through the loft to the corner where the Co-Ax comes down for the TV in the kitchen below her room.
