Long sleep, dozy start, body still not prepared for 100% pure Colombian. I do need to up the fluids / cals / solids intake as per doc's instructions.

I may be brave enough to venture to the now normal Sunday supermarket sweep, which will be first exit of the premises in 5 days 🫣. Prob take a legacy crutch with me just in case. Exciting eh?

Thank you for the mention in the honours list, the pups went for a piddle at 6am and I have the ability to go to sleep quite easily so at 6:05 I did exactly that and had a nice lie-in.
Bathrooming DIY beckons and an open water swim is booked for this afternoon.
Sale water park is about 100ft deep, would swimming in that bother anyone here? I only ask as it doesn’t concern me.

Nope, its not that much different from anything more than 6 feet deep.

Once you can't touch the bottom it doesn't really matter how deep it is.

Afternoon.
Five hours at the road side directing riders and slowing traffic down. Only one driver didn’t want wait for 30 seconds and told me I couldn’t legally stop the traffic, but there you go. Most of the riders seemed to have a good day.
