I don't understand this.

Are they saying there are about 36,000 insurance companies? (45 x 30m cars on the road / 35,000)

They are saying that on average the con costs insurance companies 36g each time.

The online version (yes I paid a £1!) is the same as posted on here and it has the three videos one after the other. The only difference with youtube is that there are a lot of bleeps. Not sure what that is about....

They should have engaged James Naughtie and Andrew Marr to do the voice-over...
