I'm off work with a flu like cold, so I've got a bit more time to cook. So:
RSPCA approved freedom chicken thighs (actually cheaper than the scrapings of some Polish broiler house)
Mushrooms
Diced smoked bacon
Onions
Wine
Cream
Garlic
Tarragon
Carrot slivers to add colour
Perhaps some peas and pink fir apple potatoes to go with it? What do you think?
(I realise that within three posts theclaud will arrive with gigot of locally raised salt marsh lamb stuffed with organic Fairtrade figs and home grown apricots
