I need to create a range matrix set of questions, that allow a pop up to explain more.

So for instance, how much do you like Apple iPhones.

Hate them...pop up,.....explain why.
Love them...pop up .....how much do you love them
Adore them...pop up ....when did you last have an IQ test.

Add filters to the questions? Each question takes you a different route through the questionnaire

Question skip logic. Depending on the answer to question 1 it directs them to question 2,3 or 4.

I thought at first that this was also the answer...but it won't work as ,for each question there is at least one response that I want to prompt a dialogue box asking for more info...if I logic skip I miss those out.

I assume so. We do multiple filters off a single question, but that's not survey monkey, I don't how advanced that can go?

Questions 2,3or 4 are the extra dialogue questions. Which one asked depends on the answer to q1. After each you jump to q5 which is effectively the 2nd actual question.

Don't get too excited, I don't think it'll work as the matrix is a multi checkbox, so ill need 5 \logic skips per question.

I have around 100 questions.

That said, your phone has done a better job than my pc...so far
