Swaledale needs a missionary?

As I stepped out of my Sunday ticket box to greet a troup of roadies (what is the collective name for a number of cyclists?) one of my first questions put to the Swaledale Outdoor Club (cyclists) was "How many are you on CycleChat?". From their expressions, and for a awkward moment, I thought I'd left my trousers @ home. Cyclewhat?

There are quite a few cyclists out there who have never heard of us - what sad empty lives they lead

A group of roadies is properly known as a peloton, though I have come across 'a preen' of road cyclists, 'a swoosh' - which I like, and 'an arrogance of roadies', which seems to describe me and my riding buddies.
