Swap 100 mm o/s for either 70/80mm either o/s or 25.4

I am struggling a little at the moment and wondering if I should try a shorter stem than my current one. Anyone fancy a swap at all? Not worried about colour too much but silver or black is best.

Should have mentioned its a Ahead stem 11/8 fitting on the other end
