Swap my 9-speed cassette for your 8-speed?

I've now discovered that the shifters I got off ebay won't do nine, so the cassette I got off ebay won't do. I need an 8-speed.

The 9-speed I have is a Shimano, used but still plenty of life left in it, 11-32.



Like I say, I need an 8-speed, but I'm not bothered about the ratios. As long as it's a Shimano, so the end-thingie will fit/work.
