Hi everyone,

Great forum, learning so much already. I've just finished packing my bag ready for work tomorrow and considering packing a spare bandana. I'm a sweater and conscious of the pong my kit bag is mustering and hoping for a solution. How do I regulate my temperature with such a clunky helmet on my head? I've searched the interweb and found some sweat bands which could help, notably the Sweat GUTR but I'm not sure if the american product is acceptable on our shores (a little pretentious I think). People may point.
If you've tried this product or have any other tips in regulating body temp please let me know.

Many Thanks,
Your Sweaty Cyclist enthusiast.

Don't wear a helmet.

Buff all year here. Merino and other fleece/heavier ones for the colder weather and regular ones during the Summer. Keeps the helmet pads from needing to be washed every two days too. There are cheaper similar alternatives and cycling magazines offer freebies from time to time. Gez
